Job summary

Damicor Limited is seeking a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join its London team on major warehouse projects. The post holder will take ownership of commercial activities, monitor costs, manage valuations and oversee subcontractor accounts for large-scale MEP packages.

The role requires proven senior QS experience in MEP/building services, strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical installations, and excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within the MEP or building services sector.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical installations and associated commercial packages.
• Experience managing subcontractor accounts, valuations, variations and cost reporting.
• Excellent commercial, contractual and financial management skills.
• Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• A proactive, organised approach with the confidence to take ownership of commercial responsibilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced project environment.

Responsibilities

Dam​icor is recruiting an experienced Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join a team delivering major Amazon warehouse projects in London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute MEP professional with strong mechanical and electrical building services experience to take ownership of commercial activities on large-scale projects.
We are looking for a proactive individual with excellent commercial awareness, strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clients, subcontractors and project teams.
