Page Personnel is seeking a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor for data centre projects in City of London, England. The role focuses on managing ME&P cost estimating and cost planning with close collaboration across project teams.

The successful candidate will have proven MEP QS experience on data centre or mission-critical schemes, strong budgeting skills, and a relevant QS qualification. Hybrid working arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical and electrical quantity surveying on construction projects.
• Data centre or mission-critical project background.
• Strong analytical skills for budgets and costs.
• Relevant quantity surveying qualification.
• Knowledge of MEP surveying standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of mechanical and electrical cost estimating and cost planning for data centre projects.
• Conduct detailed analysis of project costs with forecasts and budgets.
• Prepare tender and contract documents including bills of quantities.
• Collaborate with project teams to monitor and control finances.
• Evaluate contractor claims and variations.
• Provide regular financial reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards in MEP surveying.
• Support post-contract cost management and final account settlements.
