Job summary

Page Personnel is seeking a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor for data centre projects in City of London, England. The role focuses on managing ME&P cost estimating and cost planning with close collaboration across project teams.

The successful candidate will have proven MEP QS experience on data centre or mission-critical schemes, strong budgeting skills, and a relevant QS qualification. Hybrid working arrangements are available.

• Evaluate and negotiate contractor claims and variations.
• Provide regular financial reports and updates to stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor should have:
