Qualifications

• Oversee full lifecycle of MEP works—from design coordination to handover.
• Lead procurement, programme and budget control.

Responsibilities

• Establish risk and opportunity management procedures and an early warning system.
• Responsible for handover of project(s) to operations team, including resolution of defects.
• Develop special solutions / value engineering for MEP works.
• Liaise with clients to manage needs and expectations.
• Create and manage project budgets.
