HDS Consultancy seeks an experienced Senior MEP Project Manager to lead the delivery of a £20m M&E package on a prestigious high-end residential development in London. The role is for a 2.5-year project with strong order book providing stability and career growth.

You will oversee project teams, subcontractors and client relationships while ensuring technical excellence, quality and commercial performance, reporting to senior leadership with autonomy and support.

Job description

We’re seeking an experienced Senior MEP Project Manager to join a leading Building Services Contractor with an annual turnover exceeding £100m.

You’ll take full responsibility for delivering a £20m M&E package on a prestigious, high-end residential development in London. This is a 2.5-year project, backed by a strong and healthy order book ensuring long-term stability and career growth.
