Job summary

PSR Solutions, in the Peterborough area, is working with a healthcare-focused MEP contractor to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead major, technically complex projects from pre-construction through to handover.

The role requires a strong mechanical bias, proven senior PM experience, and excellent leadership and stakeholder management to deliver on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager within a Tier 1 MEP contractor or established building services business.
• Strong mechanical bias with understanding of complex building services installations.
• Experience delivering large-scale MEP projects, ideally healthcare or similarly demanding environments.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of major MEP projects within the healthcare sector.
• Manage projects from pre-construction and design coordination through to installation, commissioning and handover.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors and specialist suppliers to meet programmes and budgets.
• Work closely with clients, consultants and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships.
• Oversee project progress, commercial performance, health and safety, quality and programme delivery.
• Provide leadership and support to project teams, ensuring high standards are maintained.
