Job summary

People Group Limited seeks a Senior Technical MEP Manager to lead pre-construction design for major building services projects (£5M-£50M). You will coordinate MEP teams, manage design risk, and drive technical excellence across healthcare or commercial sectors with a degree in engineering; Chartered status desirable.

You will own technical delivery during pre-construction, oversee specialist inputs, ensure fully coordinated designs, and support value engineering in collaboration with project

Qualifications

Pre-construction design management on MEP projects £5M-£50M.
Experience across healthcare or commercial buildings.
Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status desirable.

Responsibilities

Own technical delivery and strategy in pre-construction under PDS.
Manage technical deliverables plans and design reviews.
Identify and mitigate design and technical risks.
Coordinate specialist contributors (MMC/offsite, CDP).
Ensure fully coordinated designs across disciplines.
Discharge CDM 2015 and Building Safety Act duties.
