Job summary

VolkerStevin is seeking a Senior M&E Project Manager to lead the delivery of live defence infrastructure contracts, including a £40m M&E refurbishment within a highly regulated environment. You will drive delivery from design to handover, ensuring safety, timing and budget adherence, working with client teams, consultants and supply chain partners.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering M&E infrastructure in regulated environments.
• Strong NEC4 knowledge and contract administration skills.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary delivery and supply chain teams.
• Experience delivering projects from design through construction and handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a £40m M&E refurbishment contract.
• Manage NEC4 obligations through CEMAR (Thinkproject CONTRACTS).
• Administer early warning notices, compensation events, programmes and technical queries.
• Coordinate client, consultant, contractor and supply chain teams.
• Manage project cost forecasts with commercial teams.
• Maintain project programmes with planning teams.
