BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting a Planner to join our team on a hybrid basis, covering projects across the central belt of Scotland. You will coordinate and assist in producing documents to support Preconstruction and Construction teams, with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.

You will build programmes using Powerproject, contribute to tender and design planning, and work with site teams on short-term programmes and progress reporting.

Formación

• Demonstrable experience in contract and tender planning in a similar role.
• Proven technical knowledge and experience gained from working in the construction industry.
• A relevant qualification, or working towards a relevant qualification, at degree level or equivalent experience is desirable.
• Good experience in using Asta Powerproject, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word.
• Some experience or knowledge of use of BIM, Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly motivated with the ability to work within a team environment or as an individual.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and assist in producing documents to support Preconstruction and Construction teams.
• Work under pressure to meet demanding deadlines.
• Prepare and assist with design, procurement and construction programmes using Powerproject or similar.
• Develop and present tender programmes from industry output and supply chain liaison.
• Develop project strategies and preparation of logistics plans and methodologies; schedule site setups and major plant requirements.
• Prepare and assist with the production of written reports and method statements for submissions.
• Work with site teams on short-term programmes, progress control and reporting.
