Job summary

We are seeking a hands-on Senior MEP Estimator to join a growing M&E contractor based in Pulborough. This role requires a minimum of three days per week in the office, with the flexibility of two days working from home or client sites.

The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating self-delivery M&E projects, primarily within the private sector, with enquiries coming from consultants at early design stages (Stage 1/2).

Qualifications

• Proven experience in M&E estimating for self-delivery projects.
• Experience with Tier 2 or Tier 3 M&E contracting environments.
• Ability to interpret early-stage consultant enquiries into scopes.
• Willingness to visit sites and develop practical solutions.
• Understanding of AI applications in estimating or project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Estimate self-delivery M&E projects from early design stages.
• Engage with consultants/clients to refine project scopes.
• Visit site locations to validate and adjust estimates.
• Develop innovative solutions in collaboration with clients.
• Work with senior team to progress projects toward delivery.
