Job summary

CHS Group in London is seeking an M&E Estimator to join the estimating department. The role focuses on take-offs from drawings, supplier liaison, and tender enquiries within a commercial fit-out context.

Experience in M&E and either mechanical or electrical bias is preferred. The ideal candidate will have strong numeracy, office-based experience, and proficiency with Microsoft applications; CRM familiarity is a plus.

M&E Estimator - Main Contractor - London

I'm currently working with a leading Main Contractor who are looking to recruit an M&E Estimator to their Estimating Department. This is due to business growth and expansion within the businesses MEP team to form partnerships with specialist contractors across the city.

Experience working within the M&E Sector will be required, open to either Mechanical or Electrical bias and ideal experience would be working for a leading M&E Contractor within the commercial fit out sector.
