Job summary

Salter Grange Limited is recruiting a Senior Building Services Manager for a major secure-sector project in the North West. This role owns MEP delivery from design through handover, setting the strategy and leading the services team in a live, regulated environment.

The post requires EL1 or SC clearance, a Building Services Engineering degree or equivalent, and formal memberships such as CIBSE. Experience with Tier-1 contractors and CSCS/SMSTS is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading MEP delivery on large, complex projects.
• Ability to own design development through handover.
• Strong communication with clients and design teams.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health delivery from design through handover.
• Lead, mentor and develop the MEP delivery team and set safety, quality and performance standards.
• Act as senior MEP contact for client, consultants, end users and security stakeholders.
• Lead design management and technical coordination including MEP reviews and value engineering.
• Work with commercial teams on MEP package procurement and cost control.
• Set commissioning, testing and handover strategy including O&M information and training.
