Salter Grange Limited is recruiting an experienced Building Services Manager for a major secure-sector project in the North West. The role requires ownership of MEP delivery in a live, highly regulated environment with a 50% site-based and 50% office-based split in Liverpool.

Applicants should have a proven track record managing MEP subcontractors through installation, commissioning and handover, and hold EL1/SC clearance. SMSTS and CSCS qualifications are advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as Building Services Manager on complex construction projects.
• Experience managing MEP subcontractors from installation to handover.
• Current EL1 or SC security clearance is essential.
• SMSTS and CSCS qualifications.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage all Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health activities across the project.
• Coordinate and manage specialist MEP subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme requirements.
• Oversee installation, quality, technical compliance, commissioning and handover activities.
• Manage technical queries, design coordination and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with the Project Manager, commercial team, consultants and client representatives to resolve technical and programme issues.
• Ensure all MEP works comply with relevant specifications, regulations, health & safety requirements and project standards.
• Provide regular progress updates and maintain strong project documentation and reporting.
