Job summary

Crown House Technologies is recruiting a Senior MEP Commercial Manager to lead commercial management across major MEP packages on a data centre project in Slough. You will oversee cost forecasting, risk, opportunities and subcontract administration, reporting to project leadership.

The role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management, with experience leading complex MEP commercial activities and strong stakeholder management. UK-based, with focus on data centre delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
• Significant commercial management experience within MEP or building services projects.
• Proven experience leading the commercial management of complex MEP packages.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial management across allocated MEP packages, taking ownership of commercial performance.
• Lead cost, forecasting, risk and opportunity management across your area of responsibility.
• Manage subcontract procurement, administration, change, accounts, claims and final accounts.
• Lead monthly cost reporting, commercial forecasting, contract reviews and management information.
• Identify, price and manage change throughout the delivery of the project.
• Provide senior commercial and contractual advice to project leadership.
• Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities, ensuring appropriate mitigation is implemented.
• Maintain strong commercial governance, controls and contract compliance.
• Build effective relationships with clients, subcontractors and key project stakeholders.
• Provide leadership, guidance and support to the wider Commercial team.
