Qualifications

• Foundation degree in relevant subject or Diploma/NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care or accredited prior learning with competency based evidence supplemented by short courses.
• Desirable: Training in working with adults / older adults with complex mental health needs and/or challenging behaviour.
• Experience: Significant experience of working with adults with Mental Health Needs.
• Experience: Experience of working within a multi-agency framework.
• Experience: Experience of working in a Forensic setting.
