In this role, you will carry out comprehensive mental health and risk assessments for children and young people (CYP) supported by the Getting More Help Team. Assessments may be conducted on either a routine or urgent basis, depending on the individual needs of each CYP.

Working in partnership with families and other agencies, you will develop holistic, evidence-based care plans tailored to each young person. You will manage a clinical caseload, which includes care coordination and the delivery of evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Additionally, you will participate in the duty rota, providing timely responses and support planning for CYP presenting with varying levels of risk.
