Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust (NSFT) invites applications for a Band 6 Early Intervention in Psychosis role at Central Norfolk Early Intervention Team in Norwich. The post is part-time (26.25 hours/week) with flexible working arrangements and requires up-to-date professional registration in a relevant field (nurse, OT or social worker).

Qualifications

• Registered Mental Health or Learning Disability Nurse, Occupational Therapist OR Social Worker with the relevant professional registration
• Completion of Preceptorship
• Recognised Leadership/Management training

Responsabilités

• Coordinate care for a caseload of people and deliver NICE concordant care.
• Join a team with extensive experience in a psychosis pathway and receive induction and ongoing support.
• Work with the MDT and wider team; engage in CPD and reflective practice.
