Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Mental Health Practitioner for the Epsom Neighbourhood Team. The role includes leading a defined caseload, conducting initial assessments, and delivering diverse community-based mental health interventions. Two contracts are offered: full-time and part-time (2 days/week).

• Must hold NMC registration (RN or RMN) and complete mentorship training.
• Post graduate diploma level experience or clinical supervision training is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Take lead and professional responsibility for a defined caseload and service users.
• Conduct initial assessments and support individuals experiencing mental health crises in the community.
• Deliver comprehensive assessments and a range of interventions within a multi-disciplinary team.
