Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a Band 7 Mental Health Practitioner for the Adult Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) in Greater Manchester. The role offers senior clinical leadership, a flexible mix of part-time or full-time work, and a focus on recovery-oriented care within diverse Manchester areas.

• Promote DIALOG+ and recovery-focused interventions.
• Manage a caseload with assessment, formulation, and care coordination.
• Provide line management, supervision, and clinical support to Band 6 practitioners and wider team.
• Collaborate with service users, carers and partner agencies to deliver high-quality support.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records.

• Manage an agreed caseload, delivering assessment, formulation, care coordination, and profession‑specific interventions.
• Provide line management, supervision, leadership, and clinical support to Band 6 practitioners and wider team members.
• Promote a culture of shared multidisciplinary responsibility, therapeutic engagement, and outcome‑focused practice.
• Collaborate with service users, carers, partner agencies, and healthcare professionals to deliver high‑quality mental health support.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in
