The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client relations, sales, and operations within the beauty and wellness or medical aesthetic industry. You will be responsible for overseeing front-desk operations, managing client appointments, handling inquiries, and coordinating treatments with medical staff. This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring regular on-site presence for critical operational and client-facing duties, complemented by remote administrative and strategic responsibilities.
