HCA UK is seeking a Senior Medical Secretary to join the Float Secretary Team in Central London. You will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support across multiple consultants and clinical services, with travel between sites as required.

Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Shift times: Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00 (some flexibility will be required to cover clinics)

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Medical Secretary to join our Float Secretary Team, providing support across a range of specialties and HCA Healthcare UK facilities within Central London.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly skilled and collaborative team, providing cross-cover and administrative support to consultants and clinical services across multiple locations. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of consultant practices, adapting to different specialties and departments while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and service delivery.
This role would particularly suit an experienced Medical Secretary who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently build effective working relationships across multiple teams.
