Job Title: Final Signatory Specialist - UK Affiliate

Support the delivery of compliant promotional and non-promotional materials for the UK Affiliate in line with the PMCPA Code of Practice through independent certification of materials.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide brand support for the preparation and final signatory approval of promotional and non-promotional material and activities.
2. Attend Brand Team Meetings to ensure Medical Review Advisory agenda/focuses are communicated and understood.
3. Support the continued implementation of a Code Compliant system for all promotional and non-promotional activities throughout AbbVie, ensuring compliance with ABPI standards, MHRA blue guide, and international Codes of Practice (EFPIA, IFPMA, etc.).
4. Provide workable compliant solutions to support business development opportunities/product launches and contribute to marketing campaigns.
5. Independently, timely, and accurately review and approve materials in accordance with relevant Codes of Practice.
6. Make appropriate evaluations during material reviews, considering the risk profile.
7. Provide guidance on UK code requirements to overseas and UK affiliates as needed.
8. Participate in cross-functional Medical Review Projects to develop standards and solutions.
9. Adhere to the PMCPA Code of Practice in all work aspects.
10. Confidently present code cases to promote team learning.
11. Serve as Subject Matter Expert for the therapy area, recognized by the Brand team.

Qualifications:

• Pharmacy Master’s degree or Medical degree (essential).
• Experience in analyzing and communicating complex pharmacy, pharmacology, and medical issues across therapeutic areas.
• Successful completion of in-house AbbVie qualification.
• Experience in reference checking and copy approval.
