Job Description

The Final Signatory Specialist for the UK Affiliate ensures compliance with the PMCPA Code of Practice by independently certifying promotional and non-promotional materials.

1. Provide brand support for the preparation and final signatory approval of promotional and non-promotional material and activities.
2. Attend Brand Team Meetings to communicate and understand Medical Review Advisory agendas.
3. Support the implementation of a Code Compliant system for all promotional and non-promotional activities, ensuring adherence to ABPI standards, MHRA blue guide, and international codes (EFPIA, IFPMA, etc.).
4. Provide compliant solutions to support business development and product launches, contributing to marketing campaigns.
5. Review and approve materials independently, accurately, and timely, considering risk profiles.
6. Offer guidance on UK code requirements to overseas and UK affiliates as needed.
7. Participate in cross-functional Medical Review Projects to develop standards and solutions.
8. Adhere to the PMCPA Code of Practice in all work aspects.
9. Present code cases confidently to promote team learning.
10. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for the therapy area, recognized by the Brand team.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Master’s degree or Medical degree.
• Experience in analyzing and communicating complex pharmacy, pharmacology, and medical issues across therapeutic areas.
• Successful completion of in-house AbbVie qualification.
• Experience in reference checking and copy approval.
