Are you a global recruiter looking for extra income?

Do you speak excellent English and are capable of performing a one-hour deep dive interview according to a template, and creating a CV with our EnhanCV application?

We at Futures.Works sell career coaching services. To expand this service and ensure our clients get the help they deserve, we now need a remote career coach to:

1. Conduct a one-hour deep dive intake interview with a client, following our template, to understand their goals, preferences, blockers, etc.
2. Optimize their CV using our EnhanCV account and send it to them.
3. Send clients job opportunities based on their location and preferences found on platforms like LinkedIn or Indeed.
4. Assist clients in writing motivation letters and preparing for interviews using ChatGPT.
5. Provide background information on potential employers and interviewers, and send interview prep materials.
6. Maintain communication with clients via WhatsApp until they land a job.

Compensation:

• USD/EUR 25 for each client if providing only interview and CV optimization.
• USD/EUR 99 for comprehensive coaching including all services.
