I am seeking an experienced Senior Medical Copywriter to join a renowned award-winning healthcare communications agency. The role involves shaping processes, culture, and reputation within the agency and across offices. We welcome passionate and ambitious candidates; the role can be as expansive as you desire.

Responsibilities

1. Craft engaging and imaginative copy
2. Simplify complex scientific information
3. Serve as the scientific lead for your brands, collaborating with client medical teams and art directors to create advertising concepts and headlines
4. Participate in pitches, present your work, and attend client meetings
5. Maintain a solid understanding of the ABPI Code of Practice; experience with Zinc and Veeva Vault is important

The ideal candidate

1. Have at least 4 years of promotional medical writing experience in a healthcare agency
2. Possess a creative flair for captivating copy, structured thinking, and the ability to convey complex ideas clearly
3. Demonstrate initiative in researching and challenging briefs when necessary
