Heales Medical is seeking an experienced administrator to join our Bradford team in a supervisory-support capacity within Occupational Health. You’ll guide the administration team, provide training, quality checks and support workload planning, while upholding data protection and confidential handling of information.

Heales Medical - Office Based - Bradford
Salary: DOE (£27,000 - £28,000)
This is a varied and rewarding supervisory-support role where no two days are the same.
You will act as a subject matter expert across all case and client types, providing day-to-day guidance, training, and ongoing coaching to administration staff. You will work closely with the Admin Team Manager to monitor performance standards, allocate workloads, and drive continuous improvement within the team.
Working as a role model within the team, you will demonstrate exceptional professionalism, high-quality performance, and excellent customer service. You will also play a critical role in information governance, ensuring confidential employee and client data is handled correctly and securely at all times.
Whether managing daily workflows, completing quality checks, or assisting with project work, you will play an important role in delivering a high-quality, professional, and efficient Occupational Health service.
Maintain a strong working knowledge of all client types, case types, and internal systems in order to provide effective support and cover where required.
Monitor team performance to ensure it aligns with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), regulatory requirements, and company policies, escalating issues where appropriate.
Assist the Line Manager with project work, audits, and service or process improvement initiatives.
Provide operational support across all administrative work tasks as required to ensure continuity of service.
Ensure confidential employee and client data is handled correctly at all times in line with GDPR, data protection, and information governance policies.
Support the Administration Team in reducing the risk of data breaches through guidance, training, and best practice.
Act as a key point of contact for identifying, reporting, and escalating any actual or potential data breaches immediately, and support the resolution process in line with organisational procedures.
