Job summary

Amadeus is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Management - Airports to lead a regional program management office. You will shape the vision, oversee a global team of project managers, and drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs with strict governance and customer-impact focus.

The role requires extensive program management experience, strong leadership and stakeholder management, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in program management delivering large-scale, multi-product programs.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of professionals.
• Strong leadership, influencing, networking, communication, accountability and a customer-centric approach.
• Industry knowledge of the airport domain is advantageous.
• Fluent English is required.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the program management vision aligned with Amadeus AirOps strategic priorities.
• Lead a global team of project managers delivering cross-border programs across regions.
• Ensure end-to-end delivery of large-scale, high-impact programs with governance and risk controls.
• Provide executive visibility into project risks, dependencies and remediation actions.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement at senior levels.
