Job summary

DEPT® is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex online and e‑commerce projects for our client base in Germany. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and act as the main interface between clients and delivery teams.

You will bring 5+ years in client-facing roles, fluent German and English, and strong experience in classic and agile project management. The role supports a flexible hybrid work model and interdisciplinary collaboration across locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a client-facing agency role or consulting in a corporate environment.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• Experience in digital or e‑commerce projects.
• Experience with (multi)‑project management and both classic and agile methods.
• Skilled in creating cost overviews and offers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and implement complex online and e‑commerce projects with milestones.
• Manage the project from offer to budget and timeline control.
• Serve as central interface between stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Advise and support customers with a confident, proactive approach.
• Lead interdisciplinary project teams across locations and maintain close contact.
