Job summary

Talon is a London-based, global OOH specialist seeking a Senior Media Payables expert to manage supplier invoices, run payments, and keep strong supplier relations. You will support month-end close, handle accruals, and improve AP efficiency while collaborating with procurement and finance teams across markets.

The role requires robust communication, high accuracy, and experience in high-volume AP. A collaborative, fast-paced environment with global reach awaits the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices in line with agreed SLAs.
• Prepare and process payment runs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Act as a key point of contact for supplier queries, maintaining professional relationships.
• Support month-end close activities, including accruals and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Monitor and manage AP aging, proactively addressing overdue or high-risk balances.
• Support process improvements and efficiency initiatives within Accounts Payable.
• Onboard new suppliers and maintain accurate supplier master data.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and wider business stakeholders.

THE ROLE_

The Senior Media Payables specialist will be responsible for the management of the accounts payable ensuring timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices, effective supplier management, and strong controls across payment cycles. You will be helping the company keep on top of all outgoing cash; ensuring our suppliers are paid on time and accurately which is essential to running a successful business The successful candidate must be a team player, ideally with a strong AP/Media background.

A DAY IN THE LIFE_
