Job summary

Talon Outdoor is seeking a Client Manager to be the primary contact for key clients, managing OOH planning and buying across global markets and ensuring high-quality delivery.

You will support agency growth, guide junior colleagues, and oversee workflow from briefs to campaign execution, while maintaining strong client relationships and clear communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships through regular in-person engagement.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and lead the servicing of allocated clients across multiple agencies and global markets through to completion.
• Create best-in-class responses to briefs, always including rationale documents and PCAs.
• Apply strong knowledge of media owner pricing to secure value and effective deals.
• Support negotiations and contract agreements to maximise profit.
• Ensure accurate campaign set-up, tracking and reporting, including Plato facilitation.
• Communicate clear, timely updates on planning and campaign status to senior stakeholders.
• Oversee Assistants/Executives, setting KPIs and regular check-ins to support development.
• Work closely with Client Directors and Business Directors to deliver high-quality output.
• Lead the resolution of client/campaign issues and coach the team to problem-solve effectively.
• Support the development and maintenance of planning tools and data.
• Help resolve finance queries promptly and accurately.
• Champion the upselling of Evolve, Talon and Grand Visual products and all other add-on services.
• Build and grow relationships with OOH suppliers.
• Drive deeper agency integration through hot-desking, key meetings and agency sessions.
• Promote sustainability and positive social/environmental impact.
• Champion effectiveness in partnership with Talon’s Effectiveness Team.
• Role-model Talon’s values and contribute to a positive team culture.

THE ROLE_

As a Client Manager, you’ll be the key point of contact for your clients; while building strong relationships, managing OOH planning and buying across global markets, and ensuring efficient, high-quality delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES & RELATIONSHIPS_

Client & Agency Management
