Job summary

BGS Commercial Modifications Engineering Europe, a Boeing engineering unit, is seeking a Senior Mechanical Stress Engineer to support and lead certification of large aircraft modifications. You will ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements and follow the DOH procedures.

You will headline complex substantiation work, interact with customers, lead technical discussions, and promote safety and quality across the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 8+ years relevant experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead certification activities for large aircraft modifications.
• Act as technical focal point for certification and stress matters.
• Prepare and review substantiation documents for primary structure changes.
• Represent Boeing at customer meetings and provide on-site support.
• Develop solutions to complex engineering problems.
• Promote safety and quality across the organization.
