Job summary

Morson Group is seeking a Senior Mechanical Stress Engineer to support and lead the certification of large aircraft modifications. You will ensure compliance with DOH procedures and regulatory requirements, working with a global engineering team across multiple time zones.

The role includes preparing substantiation documents, acting as the technical focal point for certification and stress, and representing the client at meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Eight years' relevant experience, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Report to Structures Engineering Manager and collaborate with global team across time zones.
• Lead complex certification activities for primary structure modifications.
• Prepare and review structural substantiation documents for primary structure changes.
• Represent the client at customer meetings (ITCM, PDR, CDR, FAI) and provide on-site support.
• Develop solutions to complex engineering problems.
• Promote safety and quality within the engineering organisation.
