Qualifications

• Experience leading mechanical/site teams on large residential schemes.
• Strong background in mechanical building services / MEP.
• Proven ability to coordinate with electrical teams and other trades.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing mechanical installations across a large residential development.
• Managing mechanical subcontractors and site-based trades.
• Coordinating works with electrical teams and the wider construction team.
• Ensuring installations are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards.
• Monitoring progress, resolving site issues and ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Attending site meetings and reporting on project progress.
