Job summary

Linea Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Mechanical Site Manager for a large residential development in Basildon. The role focuses on supervising mechanical installations, coordinating with electrical teams, and driving site progress to meet safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has prior mechanical site management or supervisor experience in building services, preferably on big residential schemes, with a strong ability to manage subcontractors and liaise with the broader construction

Qualifications

• Experience as Mechanical Site Manager or Mechanical Supervisor.
• Strong background in mechanical building services / MEP.
• Experience on large-scale residential projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing mechanical installations across a large residential development.
