You will plan programmes, control costs, oversee commissioning, and maintain safety and quality standards, with clear progression opportunities within the business.

Qualifications

• Experience as Mechanical Project Manager within an M&E/building services contractor.
• Strong mechanical building services background with commercial awareness.
• Ability to manage subcontractors, clients and project teams end-to-end.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical projects from start to finish.
• Plan and monitor project programmes.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site teams.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Control project costs, variations and procurement.
• Monitor quality and progress; attend site and client meetings.
• Ensure health & safety compliance; oversee commissioning and handover.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management.
