Job summary

Leading UK Facilities Management Provider in the West Midlands is recruiting an experienced M&E Project Manager to oversee a range of mechanical and electrical projects across commercial properties. From concept through to completion you will manage design development, procurement, site coordination and handover, ensuring program and client requirements are met.

You will maintain budgets, supervise subcontractors, and ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and the RIBA Plan of Work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing M&E projects within FM, building services or construction.
• Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations and RIBA stages is essential.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong commercial awareness and subcontractor management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
