Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of mechanical building services projects, from initial planning through to completion and handover.
• Oversee project programmes, budgets, costs and commercial performance.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered to the required quality, health and safety standards and specifications.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and project partners.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement effective solutions.
• Manage procurement, resource allocation and project scheduling.
• Report regularly on project performance, financials and progress.
• Support the successful delivery of large-scale and complex mechanical projects across multiple sectors.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager to join an established M&E contractor delivering a diverse portfolio of mechanical building services projects across the education, retail, MOD, leisure and local authority sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and commercially aware professional to manage projects valued at up to £4 million, with exciting upcoming opportunities involving projects worth up to £15 million.

Projects span a variety of sectors, including education, retail, Ministry of Defence (MOD), leisure centres and local authority works.

The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing project delivery, managing client relationships, coordinating project teams and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
• Private healthcare.
• Pension: 4% employer contribution and 5% employee contribution.
