Job summary

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of mechanical building services within an M&E environment.
• Ability to produce RFIs, reports and written correspondence.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical engineering delivery across design, procurement, modelling, installation, testing and commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, Building Safety Act and statutory standards.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, design consultants, specialist subcontractors and internal teams.
