Dalkia Energy Services Ltd is seeking a Lead Mechanical Engineer to join our team on a client contract. You will oversee building services maintenance, provide technical leadership to site engineers, and ensure safe, compliant operations.

You will lead planned and reactive maintenance activities, manage RAMS and permit-to-work, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining excellent client relations on site.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of building services maintenance in commercial settings.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capabilities.
• Proven experience leading maintenance teams and coordinating contractors.
• Knowledge of RAMS and permit-to-work processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical guidance and support to site engineers.
• Coordinate and support planned maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental policies.
• Manage reports, records and documentation for the contract.
• Attend emergency call-outs and liaise with client on progress.
