Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Mechanical Project Manager on major commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical infrastructure within live commercial office buildings.
• Experience planning complex works around operational services and occupied environments.
• Strong leadership, technical and commercial management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of major mechanical works.
• Manage infrastructure upgrades, service interfaces and phased works within a live building.
• Coordinate shutdowns and changeovers with the client, building management and wider project team.
• Oversee project teams and subcontractors, driving programme, quality and health and safety standards.
• Manage procurement, technical coordination and commercial performance through to commissioning and handover.
