Job summary

HDS Consultancy seeks an experienced Mechanical Project Engineer to join our team delivering high-end residential new-build projects across London. You will manage coordination with MEP subcontractors and consultants to ensure flawless execution of complex installations.

You will drive design development, supervise site installation, and ensure quality finishes, cost control, and on-time handover, with complete O&M manuals and documentation.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND or degree in mechanical/building services engineering is required.
• Experience on high-end residential new-build projects is essential.
• Background with MEP contractors and premium finish environments.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of mechanical services from pre-construction to handover.
• Coordinate HVAC, plant rooms, and mechanical installations onsite.
• Review RFIs, technical submissions and design changes.
• Ensure drawings, specs and handover documentation are complete.
• Maintain health, safety and quality on site.
