Job summary

Danny Sullivan & Sons Ltd in London is seeking a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-value commercial mechanical packages. You will oversee project teams, coordinate design, procurement, installation and commissioning, and maintain strong client relationships across London.

The role requires extensive experience in mechanical building services, a track record of managing large projects, and a focus on health and safety, quality and schedule delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in mechanical building services project management.
• Senior PM level or large/complex mechanical packages experience.
• Background in commercial fit-out or shell & core.
• Experience with established M&E contractor.
• Proven ability to manage large project teams and subcontractors.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project financials.
• Excellent client-facing, leadership and organisational skills.
• Good technical knowledge of mechanical building services installations.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of mechanical packages from pre-construction through to final handover.
• Manage Project Managers, Project Engineers, Site Managers and subcontractors.
• Oversee project budgets, commercial performance and cost control.
• Ensure mechanical installations are delivered in line with programme and project specifications.
• Coordinate design development, procurement, installation and commissioning.
• Manage client relationships and attend senior project meetings.
• Identify and manage commercial risks, variations and change control.
• Monitor project progress and implement solutions to maintain delivery targets.
• Ensure high standards of quality, health and safety throughout project delivery.
