Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a mechanically biased Senior Project Manager to lead a multi-million-pound mixed-use industrial and commercial project near Glasgow. The role oversees the entire lifecycle from bid to completion, driving profitability and strong client relationships while ensuring safety and technical standards.

You will manage the delivery, engage with subcontractors, and work with the Commercial Director to update business plans, with a focus on securing long-term client

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical building services within a construction environment.
• Proven track record in managing high-value projects throughout their lifecycle.
• Ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Champion Safety First across project activities.
• Engage in bid activities to create professional, profitable proposals.
• Lead pre-commencement activities to set up project success.
• Maximize efficiency and profitability during delivery.
• Ensure understanding of customer requirements through scope reviews.
• Identify and manage project risks proactively.
• Guide the team, including sub-contractors, to successful completion.
• Contribute to business strategy and communications.
• Conduct contract reviews and prepare project reports.
• Collaborate with Commercial Director to develop/update business plans.
• Build and maintain positive, long-term customer relationships.
