Baltic Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Senior Technician (Mechanical Bias) to lead safety initiatives, coach technicians and apprentices, and drive reliability improvements across machining and assembly cells. The role focuses on pushing right first time quality and using data to resolve daily OEE issues.

The successful candidate will analyse root causes, support predictive maintenance, optimise spares, and contribute to cost-saving measures while maintaining strong customer

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship or HNC in engineering and relevant systems knowledge.
• Understanding of OEE concepts and how to improve plant performance.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Promote health and safety and develop a safety culture in the maintenance team.
• Coach and develop Technicians and apprentices through training and development.
• Maintain right first time quality in machining and assembly cells.
• Analyse OEE data, identify issues, and create improvement plans.
• Utilise CMMS to log work and report countermeasures, and support maintenance strategy.
