Job summary

Falcon Green is seeking an experienced Mechanical Lead for a flagship Data Centre project in Frankfurt, Germany. You will lead all mechanical installation activities on site, coordinating subcontractors and engineering teams to deliver to the highest standards of safety, quality, and schedule.

The role requires strong mechanical building services knowledge, proven leadership on large-scale projects, and the ability to work internationally on-site.

Qualifications

• Qualified mechanical engineer or strong industry experience.
• Experience leading mechanical installations on complex construction projects.
• Experience coordinating installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
• Knowledge of QA/QC, health and safety, and project close-out processes.
• Fluent English communication.
• Willing to work internationally and on-site in Frankfurt, Germany.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all mechanical installation activities on site, ensuring safety and programme adherence.
• Coordinate with Mechanical Package Manager, subcontractors, and engineers to drive progress.
• Manage the mechanical programme, monitor progress and address delays.
• Oversee QA/QC, inspections, testing, and commissioning readiness.
• Interface with electrical, CSA and other building services packages.
• Supervise subcontractors, materials, and plant requirements for efficient site operation.
• Drive snagging, defects resolution, and project handover documentation.
