Job summary

Quest Technical Ltd in Lancashire is seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join a fast-moving engineering firm. The role requires interpretation of detailed drawings, machining and assembly of components using mild steel, alloys and stainless steel. Qualifications

Experience as Mechanical Fitter with 5+ years.
Experience in machining and assembly builds.
Knowledge of tooling/ toolmaking.
Ability to interpret detailed engineering drawings.
Worked with mild steel, alloys and stainless steel.
Time-served engineer.
Commitment to health, safety and quality standards.
Good communication at all levels.
Willing to travel as required.

Responsibilities

Interpret engineering drawings to deliver conforming parts.
Work with materials including mild steel, alloys and stainless steel.
Collaborate with team to meet production targets.
