You will complete labour and material take-offs, review supplier quotes and identify risks and value-engineering opportunities.

Qualifications

Strong mechanical estimating experience.
Mechanical building services knowledge.
Design & build estimating experience.
Strong commercial awareness.
Residential, commercial, care or education experience.

Responsibilities

Managing tenders from enquiry to handover.
Completing labour and material take-offs.
Reviewing supplier and subcontractor quotes.
