Job summary

Envirogen Group is seeking a Senior Engineer to own the execution of capital engineering projects from concept to delivery within the UK. You will collaborate with Project Management to translate complex challenges into high-performance water and wastewater systems.

The role offers a flat, performance-driven culture with hybrid or remote working arrangements for highly accomplished professionals, plus opportunities to influence projects valued at £1M–£20M.

Qualifications

• Academic foundation in Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering.
• Proven track record in industrial water, wastewater, or fluid process industries.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-facing engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design lifecycle for multi-million-pound treatment systems.
• Mentor and develop core engineering team.
• Review and approve P&IDs, fabrication drawings, electrical schematics, and BOM.
• Provide cost, labour, and subcontractor estimates for proposals.
