Job summary

NUVIA is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to develop tools for MSSS SEP machines and support the principal engineer. The role requires innovative thinking and experience in decommissioning legacy facilities and handling hazardous materials.

Hybrid working arrangement with staff/contract options. The candidate will work within the Technical Services & Consulting department to deliver design packages and ensure compliance with CDM and relevant engineering standards.

Qualifications

• Understanding the roles and specifications of CDM.
• Experience producing design packages suitable for manufacture and installation.
• Familiarity with applicable health, safety and engineering guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop tools to support early retrievals/operations of MSSS SEP machines.
• Provide support to the principal engineer on projects.
• Produce design documentation and risk assessments as required.
