Job summary

Senior Mechanical Engineer role in Birmingham City Centre for a sustainability-focused building services consultancy. You will take a lead role in design and delivery from concept through to completion, while mentoring junior engineers and building strong client relationships.

You’ll work across Healthcare, Education, Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Pharmaceutical, Public Sector and Net Zero developments, with a collaborative, supportive culture and clear career progression into leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading projects across full design lifecycle.
• Strong client-facing and project management skills.
• Experience with UK Building Regulations.
• Chartered status or actively working towards CEng is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of projects from concept through to completion.
• Mentor junior engineers and build strong client relationships.
• Collaborate across Healthcare, Education, Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Pharmaceutical and Public Sector sectors.
• Engage in Net Zero and sustainable project initiatives.
